Position: Commercial Sales Representative (HVAC)

Pay: $75,000/year
Experience: 2+ years of prior HVAC commercial selling experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm; 8am-5pm (with flexibility)
Greene Resources is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative (HVAC) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Reach out to referrals and businesses to assess their HVAC installation and replacement needs.
- Act as a “hunter” by making cold calls, sending emails, knocking on doors, and seeking referrals to explore potential HVAC needs.
- Write estimates and bids for commercial jobs.
- Create job order sheets for parts, materials, and supply orders for commercial projects.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Understand customers' HVAC needs and challenges, and communicate effective HVAC solutions.
- Estimate costs for commercial HVAC jobs.
Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry, the territory, and the RDU HVAC market.
- A hunter mindset with a drive to find new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with small and large bid processes.
- Ability to understand and read bid packets for large projects.
- Computer-savvy and open to learning new HVAC industry software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
