Key Responsibilities:
· Perform electrical installations and repairs according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes in electrical codes.
Qualifications:
· Journeyman Electrician license (Missouri).
· 4+ years of commercial electrical project experience.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Physical stamina for tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
· Valid Missouri driver's license.
· Proven track record of delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget projects.

Compensation and Benefits:
· Competitive pay - starting at $36-42 per hour, based on experience and performance.
· Health coverage: 100% for employees, 50% for spouses/children.
· Paid time off: 5 days in year 1 (after probationary period) and then 10 days in year 2, increasing 1 day/year until it hits 15 days.
