We are looking for an Experienced Full-Time HVAC Technician.
As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will:
- Travel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled
- Conduct evaluations and consultations with potential customers
- Assess customer needs and discuss tailored solutions
- Generate sales on every service call
- Inspect current HVAC systems for efficiency and safety
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues
- Renew maintenance contracts for existing customers
- Sell maintenance contracts to new customers
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and HVAC parts
- Adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics and Team Rules
Minimum Qualifications for HVAC:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver’s License
