Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee high-quality workmanship
- Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical work and Primavera for project scheduling
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
