We're looking for a Window Installation Manager for our Buda location to start as soon as possible.
Position Requirements:
Provide direct supervision to the installation crews
Assist in the installation of the windows
Conduct quality control checks on installed windows
Manage inventory of consumable products
Service/Fix windows as issues arise
Manage and maintain operational calendars
Manage other operational tasks as needed
Other tasks as needed to support the GM and VPs
The Installation Manager must have:
Experience in managing small teams operating in multiple locations at the same time
Great communication skills (verbal/written)
Excellent problem solving skills
Basic understanding/knowledge of construction
Valid drivers license - No DUIs within the past 5 years
Physically able to move 50lbs on a continuous basis
Be able to work while on a ladder at varying heights
No felony or violent crime convictions
Window/Window Installation experience preferred but not required
