Position: General Manager/President - Austin
As the GM/President, you’ll take full ownership of building and managing our Austin operations. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty. From driving sales to stocking shelves, you’ll be ready to do whatever it takes to establish Office Libations as the go-to partner for corporate refreshment services in the region.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: Drive business growth and operational excellence by being hands-on in every aspect of the business—whether it’s delivering products, managing client relationships, or mentoring your team.
- Build & Execute Strategy: Develop and implement a market strategy to establish and grow the business, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure we meet or exceed revenue targets. Your ability to sell and connect with clients will be crucial to our success.
- Operational Management: Oversee inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery of products to our clients.
- Hire & Develop Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team that shares your passion for hard work and success.
- Roll Up Your Sleeves: Be ready to jump into any role, from sales calls to setting up new client accounts, stocking product, or driving a delivery van when needed.
- P&L Responsibility: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability for the Austin market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers of other markets and departments to share insights, best practices, and ensure company-wide alignment.
- Customer Focused: Go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the best service possible, maintaining a personal touch that sets us apart.
- Build National Accounts: You'll work with our leadership teams as we build the best national account program in the industry.

Professional & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in a growth-stage company.
- Experience managing teams and P&L responsibility.
