Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in property maintenance, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems at commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections of heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical services.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $26.24 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
