We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Solar Sales role. Ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in how to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally canvass neighborhoods door-to-door and pre-qualify homeowners for solar energy products
- Set follow-up appointments to go over custom project
- Use company CRM & technology tools to prospect and track leads
- Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
- Strategically network and expand your customer base
- Confidently provide focused customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Outgoing and self-motivated
- Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
- Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
