The Wauford Group, a family of diverse companies, located in the Tri-cities area, is now accepting resumes for a Maintenance Mechanic position in Chester.
Qualifications needed:
- Minimum of two years of experience in an industrial environment;
- Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance and Troubleshooting Background;
- Ability to use Electrical Diagnostic Equipment;
- Experience with multiple styles of packaging equipment;
- Ability to learn various processes, equipment repair and preventive maintenance
- Experience with Allen-Bradely and Siemans drives is a plus
- Able to work 12-hour night shift from 7pm - 7am
Duties include:
- Maintain various pieces of industrial equipment by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical hardware problems;
- Perform electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance on machines;
- maintain facility hardware and mechanical systems;
- knowledge and understanding of Industrial Machine Operation and Maintenance,
- and basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Must have good organizational skills; follow safety rules and be self-directed as well as working along with the team.
