Mason Pro Services of Chandler, AZ is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Install Manager to manage the installation operations of the company and a $8-$10 million department, including the scheduling of the crews and purchasing equipment and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Manage an installation team of 15+ and admin personnel
- Ensure equipment for jobs is purchased and staged for installs
- Oversee schedule board for upcoming jobs, assigning install crews to maximize productivity and meet our customer's needs
- Build job packets to ensure the crews are prepared for each job
- Conduct routine meetings and trainings with installers to maintain open communication and continued education
- Train installers on company procedures and best safety practices
- Track installer's performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Participate in new hire interviews and ensure proper staffing of the department
- Monitor installation vehicles to ensure they are properly stocked and clean
- Be available for installer's questions and be aware of crew progress throughout the day
Qualifications:
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience
- 5+ years Management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication
- Ability to set and manage timeline goals
