ASG "Advantage Service Group" is a small HVAC service company located in Sterling VA. ASG's focus as a small business is not to be the largest HVAC service provider in the area, it is to be the best. ASG service areas include VA, MD, and DC Metro Areas. We are looking for Service technicians to add to our team for both residential and commercial applications. As an HVAC Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your service technician experience, will be instrumental in providing high-quality service to our clients. Bring your expertise and contribute to our team's success in delivering top-notch HVAC solutions.
- Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimal 3 years of HVAC experience.
- Experience in the multi-family
- VRF experience is a plus.
- Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues
- Perform field service task and repairs as needed
