HVAC Technicians
Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join our reputable and trustworthy team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on field experience and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. They should demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A highly organized and self-motivated individual is essential, as the candidate must manage their time effectively and handle high-volume workloads under pressure. Additionally, being a collaborative team player is crucial for contributing to the team’s success in meeting daily schedules. Requirements for this position include:
- Must have good mechanical aptitude
- Take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of work.
- Working and communicating with other team members effectively.
- Ability to follow wiring schematics and understand technical instructions
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Copper fit & brazing (preferred)
- Observe and follow all company procedures and safety rules.
- Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required.
- Must provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Certification/licensing - Valid driver's license. Possess Universal EPA Certification.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, also commission base pay

- High school or equivalent (Required)
