Install Field Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of residential plumbing install technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional project delivery
- Develop apprentices into skilled crew leads through focused, on-the-job training
- Oversee daily operations of the residential plumbing install department
- Schedule, manage, and support plumbers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor and evaluate technician performance, conduct reviews, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all install jobs are completed on time, safely, and to high standards through daily site visits, inspections, and final walk-throughs
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions meet company policies and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep the department innovative and competitive
- Prepare reports on department performance, challenges, and growth opportunities for senior management
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new field team members
- Ensure new team members are equipped with the tools and training they need to succeed
- Conduct training on company processes, tools, and ServiceTitan software
- Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions with technicians
- Promote and adhere to company vision, mission, core values, and brand

Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Plumbing license preferred
- Strong leadership experience in managing diverse teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Trello, and ServiceTitan
- Proven skills in prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as permits and job tracking
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and fostering team growth
- Competency in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding field team members
- Strong customer service and sales skills; ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of industry products and safety/OSHA regulations
