Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Facilities/HVAC Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a commercial setting in addition to general facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing property and equipment
- Indoor & Outdoor building repair
- Equipment Inspection
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhoc work assigned from management team
Experience
Required Skills:
- Ability to maintain, build, and repair HVAC systems
- Experience in field service for HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Valid driver's license for van driving duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
