Service Technician repairs and inspects machine tools at customer sites. The service technician also provides technical support, spare parts, and training to the customers. The service technician works with closely with sales, customer service and engineers to ensure the service is complete with customer satisfaction.
This position will require travel - depending on the customer need.
Essential Job Functions / Duty
- Mechanical Background
- Understanding of the function and operation of the machine with reading mechanical drawings
- Understanding of the machine function with reading Hydraulic/Pneumatic circuit diagram drawings
- Have troubleshooting skill for machine repair
- Visit customer plant for the service
- Sometimes have work in weekend or holiday
- Service Nachi Machines
- Provide tech support for customers and their machine issues
Required tasks
· Make service calls to repair, investigate, and install Nachi machine tools
· Assist customers with technical, warranty and complaint issues
- Handle international shipping and prepare proper customs forms, tariff codes, etc.
- Receive parts and machines from suppliers to CMS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
