Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
