Your Role:
As a Len the Plumber Heating and Air HVAC Service Technician, you’ll take pride in:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
- Helping customers make informed and confident buying decisions.
- Installing and repairing air quality systems with expertise and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
- Maintain a fully stocked service vehicle.
- Perform system removals, new installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in HVAC (residential experience preferred).
- Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; trade school or certifications are a plus.
- License: Valid driver’s license (required).
- A mechanically gifted problem solver with a passion for helping others.
- A team player with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
