This position manages the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service, to insure Homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity in a major market CORO. Size, scope, complexity is a function of the unit volume generated at the location. Ensure that installation process associates are prepared and able to deliver flawless installation and Signature Service the first time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Office is based in Livonia.
* Visits homeowner sites occasionally to audit existing work and propose improved processes.
* Implements and executes recruiting strategies to meet workforce requirements.
* Work closely with the Sales and Customer Process functions to ensure resources are aligned, in a proactive manner, with demand fluctuations.
* Participate as a team member on the CORO Safety Committee. Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met.
* Responsible to ensure corporate purchased programs and vendor relationships are utilized appropriately to ensure compliance and cost containment.
* Directly or through other Leaders, supervise installation process associates including performance planning, fostering open communication, and answering team concerns and questions.
* Work directly with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues when front line leadership needs support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Four - year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
* A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field preferred.
* A minimum of 7 years of direct supervision experience preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques preferred.
* Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors. Ability to work and lead in a team environment required.
* Previous P&L responsibility required.
SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Salary: $107k-166k annually

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
