Position: Branch Manager

Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base plus incentives
Our client is a restoration company that specializes in water, fire and disaster damage restoration, ensuring that homes and businesses are returned to their pre-loss condition efficiently and effectively. They are looking for a branch manager who has experience managing a restoration company or branch.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Manage and lead a team of restoration professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize Xactimate software to review estimates and assist team on large commercial loss estimates.
- Ensure that all safety and regulatory guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restoration management, with extensive knowledge of mitigation.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
