Our team is seeking an entry-level AT&T Customer Service Representative who will be able to think big with us as we continue to expand the road ahead to connect all the advancements from our telecommunication clients with our customers.
The entry-level AT&T Customer Service Representative will be educated in product knowledge and services provided. They will also be cross functionally trained in sales and profit-marketing to be at the forefront of working exclusively with our client’s customers on a daily basis. Our entry-level AT&T Customer Service Representative will make our clients goal possible by providing exceptional customer service and support, increasing our clients customer base, and expanding customer acquisitions while working within a diverse team environment. Being a part of our entry-level AT&T Customer Service Representative will allow you to provide niche services to our customers that are specialized directly to them, creating an unforgettable experience.
Our Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representatives Will Be Responsible For:
- Working with customers to build interpersonal relationships and engage with them to ensure that they are receiving the proper education they need on services offered by the client.
- Developing a personalized and custom strategy to take note of their needs and find a plan or service that best fits their desires.
- Working closely with our sales team on a daily basis to cross functionally train on the process of a sales order from start to finish to complete a full transaction.
- Listening to customers to provide exceptional sales demonstrations and negotiation skills that will meet customers’ needs while offering any client perks, promotions, and upgrades.
- Utilizing our clients product guidebook with full service descriptions to understand the necessary product and service features needed to accurately communicate with customers.
- Shadowing how to run training sessions to eventually execute and better advance the results of team members increasing the return of investment for the client.
Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service, customer support, sales, or relevant work experience is a plus
- Technology, wireless and/or telecommunications enthusiast is a benefit when working with our client but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to public speak
- Ability to adapt in a diverse team environment as well as work independently with time management skills to achieve completion of work goal
- Effective problem-solving skills in high-energy situations where you must be able to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Display a confident and tenacious manner for negotiation skills
