- Make critical decisions that prioritize the interests of all parties involved.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of freight commodities, particularly in Electrical, HVAC, and related fields.
- Engage with customers in person to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Employ strong time management skills to optimize delivery schedules.
- Rotating weekly on-call duty required post-training.
