The Client Relations Associate position leads our team in engagement, discovery, sales, and service solutions by engaging with customers and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service. Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate role:
- Initiate service education, guide the sales process, and drive customer acquisition through personal interactions
- Work with businesses and customers on the products and services that best meet their needs, establishing what services they are most interested in and completing any necessary sales
- Establish relations with local businesses and the communities they serve to determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and sales capacities
- Maintain communication with customers to proactively identify customer inquiries and leverage these connections to provide additional service information and support.
- Ensure that potential customer questions are addressed and answered in a timely effective manner
- Regularly meet with other Client Relations Associate team members and upper management to strategize sales metrics, customer service feedback, and client progression
Qualifications of a Client Relations Associate Candidate:
- Interested in problem-solving, creative thinking, and helping/servicing others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service, sales, client relations or similar background is plus but is not required for this position
- Primary knowledge of technology, microsoft office, SEO systems is also a bonus
- Can achieve both individual and collaborative assignments with other Client Relations Associates through time management, discipline, and organization
- Exhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customers
