Who we're looking for
As as Associate Solutions Consultant, you’ll support our global sales team by providing technical and functional support on their key opportunities, whether this is a large Enterprise Account looking to make a small investment, or a full solution in an SMB customer, you will quickly understand their requirements and demonstrate how Zendesk will meet them.
What you'll be doing
Your mission is to ensure product selection. You must be both sales focused and technically savvy. You’ll be the technical bridge between our Sales team and their prospects. This will involve you supporting the technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction by managing and presenting technical information, via remote calls and video conferences.
What you bring to the role
You have 2-5 years of related experience and a minimum of 1 year of software pre-sales experience.
You have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
You have problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment and have a can-do and proactive attitude
You have obvious passion and people skills.
Even better if you also have...
Awareness of web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications
Experience working in or with Call Centers, including an understanding of key metrics and best practices.
Where We Work:
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.

The US annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $82,000.00-$122,000.00 with a pay mix of 80/20 (base/commission). This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
