Duties
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and sales
- Manage customer accounts and maintain updated records in Salesforce
- Assist in analyzing market trends and customer feedback to improve service
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Provide support in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights for improving customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
