What You'll Be Doing
Here’s the deal – we set our techs up for success and let you shine by:
- Giving Customers Options: We present the best choices for their home, free from any budget prejudice – that’s their business, not ours.
- Killing it in Service: We offer a 90-day guarantee, so we need techs who won’t miss a thing. Hit those checklists, make the recommendations, and show customers what could go sideways if they skip important fixes.
- Delivering Excellence: From getting those Five-Star Reviews to hitting your checklist like it’s a competition, you’ll make sure every home you work on is in prime shape.
The “Housekeeping” Requirements
- A valid Driver’s License (driving like it’s the Indy 500 isn’t what we’re looking for)
- You’ll need to pass a pre-employment drug and background check – our customers rely on us, and so we need to be able to rely on you)
