We are currently seeking a Service plumber for our Richmond location. With main responsibilities for installing maintaining, repairing various plumbing systems in a commercial and light industrial setting. Efficiently ensuring operation of plumbing fixtures, pipes and various systems. Please review the information listed below and apply.
Main Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure proper placement and connection of plumbing components in new construction projects.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
· Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot plumbing issues.
· Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
· Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
· Work efficiently to resolve urgent issues and prevent further damage.
Customer Service:
· Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
· Provide explanations and recommendations to customers regarding plumbing issues, repairs, and maintenance.
Compliance:
· Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Team Collaboration:
· Coordinate with team members to ensure the seamless integration of plumbing systems with other building components.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
