Position Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you are more than a salesperson—you are a problem solver, a project planner, and a trusted advisor. Your role is crucial in connecting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and crafting customized replacement windows solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consultative Selling: Engage with homeowners offering in-depth consultations to understand their replacement window (and other project) needs and recommending solutions that align with their goals.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with our production team to ensure that project specifications are communicated effectively and that each roofing project is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and support throughout their roofing project.
- Lead Management: Utilize the leads provided by Cupcake, effectively converting them into loyal customers through a strategic and personalized approach.
- Education and Advocacy: Educate homeowners about the benefits of our products and services, advocating for solutions that improve the longevity and value of their property.

Qualifications
- Ability to run 2-3 in-home appointments/day Mon-Sat.
- Proven experience with in-home replacement windows sales. Familiarity with brands such as Renewal by Anderson, Marvin, Pella, ProVia, MI, NT
- Nice to have: siding, roofing, gutters
- Nice to have: JobNimbus experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex product information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and a proactive approach.
