Electrician -The Opportunity – Electrical Construction

We seek an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Commercial Electrician Position!

As an Electrician, you will lead a commercial project, serving not only our Project Managers but also the General Contractors. The critical component of this role is to lead a team of electricians, map out the project, and execute it with a high standard of excellence. In this role, you will interact primarily with our project managers, project coordinators, electricians in the field, and office staff. This position is a leadership role and always requires leaders to positively influence the outlook of the job, along with the attitudes, and work ethic of their electricians on site.

Ideal Electrician:

Has the ability to oversee and manage multiple small jobs, or oversee one larger project (1200+ hours) and assist with Project Management.

Task focused and able to respond, engage and create a pathway to success on the job site

Possess a wide variety of troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues accurately and effectively

Skillful in effective communication with their electricians, and the general contractors that they work with

Strong knowledge of NEC Electric code

Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding

Required to have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with an -insurable driving record

Required to have a minimum of two years previous experience running work of comparable size

Strong attention to detail of materials and hours used on project

Keeps safety as top priority

Exceptional Electrician:

Have 5 or more years of experience running work of a comparable or larger scale

Can plan, implement, and deliver goals in a project’s timeline

Love bringing innovative solutions to light

Have a strong sense of urgency and follow up

Enjoy serving others and delivering a client experience
