Job Description:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for technical sales and a track record of success? Meta Power Solutions is seeking a Technical Director of Sales to drive our sales efforts and lead a high-performing team. As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to exceed targets and achieve exceptional results.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- KPI Tracking: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales team performance and effectiveness.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and other industrial sectors.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical sales in Electrical Manufacturing, such as sales experience in Transformers, LV switch Boards, MV Switch Gear, Substation equipment, and electrical distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
- Experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs and metrics.
- Electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
