Job Summary
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in a commerical setting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment such as air handlers, split systems, walk in coolers, refrigerators, freezers and more.
- PM mainentance, perform routine maintenance to help prevent unexpected failures in the future.
- Replace and install and program new equipment ensuring proper operation.
- Professional customer service and effective communication with customers as well as with peers and leadership.
Requirements
- Universally EPA Certified ideal.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers and air handling systems
- Ability to learn commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment
- Ability to read electronic schematics
- High School diploma/GED required + equivalent work experience
- 2+ Years commercial HVAC maintenance experience
