General Superintendent Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a General Superintendent HVAC at Truform Metalservice Inc in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The General Superintendent HVAC will oversee all HVAC installation projects, manage on-site teams, ensure quality control, and coordinate with other departments for seamless project execution.
General Superintendent Requirements:
- • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC Certification) are a plus
- • 5+ years of experience in HVAC construction projects
- • HVAC Installation, Maintenance, and Repair skills
- • Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
- • Knowledge of Construction Codes and Regulations
- • Project Management and Scheduling skills
