Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. Most of our work includes 1099 Contracted jobs, to which we can work together on finding the right scheduling. We complete jobs all throughout CO, AZ, UT, and NM, and need help in those areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
- Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems to identify the root cause and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with construction teams to plan and complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical code standards
Skills
- Proficiency in building, renovating, and repairing electrical systems
- Experience working as an industrial or commercial electrician
- Knowledge of hand tools, voltmeters, and logic controllers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a maintenance person is a plus

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
- Experience working with low and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical schematics
- Previous experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
- Ability to read blueprints and perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Commercial electrician experience: 3 years (Required)
- High voltage: 3 years (Required)

- Hand tools: 3 years (Preferred)
