Their team is ready to guide and assist customers with purchasing new residential HVAC systems. They are expanding their team and seeking a Sales Manager!

Duties/Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales budget, sales staff KPIs, lead pipeline, and metrics. Contribute as a key member of the Brand management teams and help facilitate other department needs.
- Collaborate directly with Marketing to assist in the development and implement marketing tactics, campaigns, proactive sales campaigns, and weather-related action plans though the utilization of texting, email, and phone software.
- Monitor and preserve Service Titan data integrity through generation of reporting, lists, and accurate data entry to ensure correct disposition of opportunities.
- Generate reporting and monitor progress of opportunity pipeline to ensure steady outreach on previous day opportunities and daily huddle focused initiatives.
- Coordinate with each department manager to assist with revenue generation from daily huddle meeting pivots, flash sales, and other initiatives.
- Assist departments with technician coaching and providing learning opportunities from customer feedback and customer concern resolution.
- Prepare and deliver monthly scorecards, review in 1:1 session with direct reports.
- Provide coaching, training and skill practice as needed to lead direct reports to exceed minimum kpi targets and improve soft skills as they grow
- Monitor, assess and grade quality of work performed by sales team
- Recognize and reward co-worker successes.
- Prepare and publish work schedule for team
- Develop formal procedures for sales team processes and update as needed.
- Cross train all Customer Experience workers in handling business referrals to Production Coordinators.
- Cultivate a strong sense of loyalty, enthusiasm, and competitive drive for sales among sales team members.
- Conduct interviews as needed.
- Reinforce company goal and values as well as Brand Standards of Excellence.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to GM to track volumes of various activities handled.
