Senior Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Carsan Electric. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising electrical projects, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and assign tasks to electrical personnel, optimizing the use of resources and time.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and safe work procedures in all electrical projects.
- Review and approve electrical plans and technical specifications before work execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of installed electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues in real-time, minimizing interruptions and ensuring operational continuity.
- Collaborate with other departments and project teams to ensure effective integration and coordination of electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electrical sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local electrical regulations.
- Proven ability to supervise teams and manage large-scale electrical projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant certifications in electrical safety and project management (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical management and project management software tools.
