Job Title: Training Coordinator
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule Classes and Maintain the Training Calendar for the corporate Training Center located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Be present at the training center while training is taking place to support the instructors / students with any needs that may arise
- Responsible for all course material printing, binding, etc.
- Responsible for creating and closing out all training work orders
- Responsible for issuing any PO’s that may pertain to training
- Tracking all cost associated with training such as labor, material, vendors, etc.
- Responsible for the entire registration process for each class.
- Booking all travel arrangements such as Flights, Hotels, Car and Bus Rentals
- Scheduling any planned outings associated with training
- Responsible for all food and drinks
- Create, administer, and report class reviews that reflect all aspects of the training such as, the instructor, environment, food, activities, etc.
- Responsible for condition & functionality of training center facilities (supplies i.e. cups, paper towels, napkins, other paper products, snacks, water bottles, sodas, etc.), HVAC, restrooms, lights, etc. making sure all are kept clean and in full operational condition & coordinate repairs if/as required.
- Housekeeping before each class & upon completion of each class.
- Responsible for coordinating (as required) & supervising the janitorial company to ensure all contracted services are being performed.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in back-office support in the Mechanical Service / Construction industry.
- Experience in event planning/coordination is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizations skills
