Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our community, the Abbey at Grant Road in Houston, TX
Job responsibilities include:
- Perform maintenance tasks personally or delegate to assistants. Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance personnel.
- Manage system for handling resident service requests.
- Provide positive leadership to maintenance team.
- Inspect every new vacant unit to determine make-ready work requirements.
- Must be aware of the condition of physical property throughout the property and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
- Schedule and perform routine, preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the safety of the property at all times.
HVAC certification and 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience required. On-call and some weekend work required.
