Hardhat is currently hiring Lead HVAC Service Technicians for work located in the Dallas, Texas region. Pay is up to $60/hour- there is no per diem- EPA License is required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Chiller rebuild knowledge
- Current Licensed Technician (mandatory)
- verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems.
- EPA Certification
- Skills of Level IV Technician
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Job Scope not limited to the following:
- Estimating
- scheduling & coordinating work
- Assist in completing technical issues
- Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs of HVAC equipment
- Performing Maintenance of HVAC equipment such as boilers & chillers
- Maintain client communication while on & off jobsites
- Inventory & tool procurement for all technicians
