- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure their efficiency and longevity.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high voltage systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Installation processes, conduit bending and installation, reading blueprints including loop diagrams, wiring diagrams.
- Terminating DCS or PLC panels” utilizing blueprints is a must.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems. Emerson Controls and Novar Controls Systems (big plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
