HVAC Technician
We're looking for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our growing family owned and operated HVAC company. Basic requirements: Valid driver license, clean driving record, pass a background check, good customer service skills, EPA certification, HVAC experience (able to run service and be on call), willing to work long hours and also understand there are some slow times out of season. Starting pay is based on experience with room for advancement and commission pay.
Responsibilities:
- Good customer service skills (speaking with customers, explaining diagnosis and getting authorization for any further work needed, accepting payment)
- Run service calls (diagnose, troubleshoot, repair)
- Share on call responsibilties
- Duct work
- Communicate with the office and work as a team.
- Carry out preventative maintenance; respond to emergencies; provide additional information on service options.
- Installation/Replacement of systems
- Maintain written notes on all maintenance and service calls.
