Schedule:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Expected hours: 30-45 per week
Pay:
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, with additional commission opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Installing HVAC-related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Wiring both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
- Installing copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Installing sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings.
- Properly connecting gas lines to heating equipment.
- Pre-measuring jobs to identify necessary materials for installation.
- Receiving, verifying, and loading equipment and materials for each job.
- Collaborating with other team members as directed by management.
- Filling out all required paperwork for each job.
- Taking and understanding equipment readings and their importance.
- Maintaining cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and adhering to safety protocols.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1 year of HVAC installing experience (preferred)
- Hard hat experience (construction) may replace install experience for the right, trainable candidate.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to repair, upgrade, and provide customer-focused options.
- A positive, open-minded attitude with a desire to grow.
