Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and design specifications
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
- Proficiency in servicing air conditioning units
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (van driving may be required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
