We are a National Roofing Company looking to grow our Southwest Florida market! We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to help grow and develop this market,

Responsibilities:

· Hires and trains qualified candidates.

· Oversees the day-to-day workflow and operations of the branch.

· Creating & Implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve financial targets

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Executive team to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.

· Conducts regular sales meetings to ensure that individual and branch goals and objectives are clearly communicated; provides guidance and leadership to obtain these goals and objectives.

· Identifies resource needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.

· Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for others.

· Participates in community activities to promote company brand and to build goodwill.

· Collaborates with Executive team regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.

· Oversee Branch Financials to obtain and maintain profitability. Monthly review of Branch financials

· Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.

· Ability to climb a ladder

· Minimum 3-year Roofing industry experience

· Minimum 5-year Management experience
