Job Summary
The Apartment Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of an apartment complex, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety and cleanliness standards
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and expenses
Requirements
- Strong background in facilities management and industrial maintenance
- Leadership skills to effectively manage staff and interact with tenants
- Knowledge of electrical systems including high voltage, low voltage, schematics, and mechanical components
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in fabricating or repairing items within an apartment setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
