Qualifications:
- No prior HVAC experience required, but experience in commercial or residential service is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn the HVAC trade and building automation systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
- Starting at $20-$36 per hour, with opportunities to increase as you gain experience and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance.
- Learn how to commission and maintain building automation systems.
- Work alongside our controls department to integrate and troubleshoot systems.
- Support senior technicians in delivering top-notch customer service and solutions.
