Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration units, using advanced tools and techniques.
- Installation Support: Assist with the installation of new refrigeration systems, ensuring all components are correctly set up and functioning.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to explain issues and solutions, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a refrigeration technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- EPA Certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
