Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.
- Design and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations performed.
- Drive company van to various job sites as required for service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical fields.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
