Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients.
Duties
- Repair HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts or components
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Proficiency in installing, and repairing HVAC systems
- Knowledge of plumbing principles for connecting HVAC systems to water lines
- Familiarity with HVAC/R codes and regulations
- Ability to perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Drug screen and background check.
