Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical systems and a passion for providing exceptional service in the field.
Duties
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct appliance repairs as needed
- Drive a van to various service locations
- Use tools such as ohmmeters for testing and repairing equipment
Requirements
- Prior experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in equipment repair and field service work
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Rotating weekends
- Year round work
