We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team with 3+ year Experience in the field..
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including duct work.
This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC equipment. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing top-notch service and maintenance.

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct repairs related to HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Utilize schematics to understand system layouts and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide field service support, including troubleshooting equipment failures and performing necessary repairs.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Qualifications
- 3 + years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician in service industry., with references.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnosis and repair various HVAC equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and tools required for installation and repair.
- Familiar with installing and repairing duct work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Valid and Clean driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
