**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an HVAC & R technician, preferably with at least a year or more under their belt of on the field training and knowledge.
**Duties:**
- HVAC&R Installations
- Service and Repairs
- Disassemble and Reassemble refridgeration units
- Perform 16 - 28 point AC Checks
- Conduct recruiting, training, and performance evaluations for staff
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Operation of forklifts and other machinery as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Problem Solving skills are a must
- Strong knowledge of retail HVAC equipment
- Previous experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication abilities to interact with diverse audiences
